I’m going to show you how to stop exam anxiety. It’s really common to get anxious and nervous before exams. You’ve got to – I’m going to show you how to stop exam anxiety.

It is really common to get nervous or anxious before exams. You’ve got the pressure from your parents, from your teachers, from your friends. You have to fear with failure, you have to fear success.

I’m going to show you how to neutralize those feelings quickly and easily. So let’s get in touch with those feelings. Perhaps think of a time before when you got nervous before an exam or perhaps of an upcoming exam which you’re already now, already feeling that anxiety.

And notice where in your body you feel that. You might realize it’s not actually a static feeling but it’s got movement and it’s actually, it’s spinning. Now, try to see if you can find out what direction it’s spinning.

Good. It might help to use your finger to get an idea of which way it spins and let’s give it arrow, it’s got a red arrow spinning. Now make it spin faster, faster, that’s right.

You’ll find it feels uncomfortable and increases intensity of that feeling. Now, keep on spinning this really really really fast, take it outside of your body. When it’s outside your body, keep it spinning, now slow it down, slow it right down and stop it.

Let’s begin spinning it the other way and start revering it up again. This time, instead of red arrows, let’s change it to blue, let’s spin it faster, and faster and faster. That’s right, faster and faster.

Let’s bring it back into the body. Great. And now you’ll notice this feeling, it’s different than before.

And if you feel this, I want you to now think about taking those exams, sitting down and feeling that what you felt before and you’ll notice it’s very different. And that is how you stop exam anxiety.
