What is EFT

EFT is a cutting edge treatment which is used to overcome emotional stress including anxiety, stress, compulsions, phobias and addictions. It is based on Chinese medicine (acupuncture) and modern clinical psychology. It is a drug free method which involves tapping into the body’s energy and clearing energy blocks.

Not only does EFT provide emotional relief and renewal quickly and safely without  the need for long years of therapy which was the original way emotional distress was cleared; it appears to provide sustained relief. The additional benefit of EFT is that once learnt it is easy to remember and easy for you to use on yourself.

Will EFT help me?

We have found that by integrating EFT into our programmes of change we have been able to radically improve upon all areas of therapy. Our policy is to use the appropriate technique for the clients needs; to focus on one therapy and one technique is a limitation on the therapists ability to bring about effective change. We use EFT when and if appropriate.
